Standard Return Policy Does Not Apply, No Refunds - The billing cycle for Microsoft Dynamics services is from the 15th of each month to the 14th of the next month. All orders placed on a day other than the 15th will be also be billed a pro-rated amount for the first month. This will be automatically charged to the payment method used for the order.
